We use both screws and thermocompression bonding to thoroughly adhere the reaction layer and current collector of HiTro 5, resulting in significantly decreasing electrical impedance and increasing lifespan of the electrolyzer.

Safe and reliable heat dissipation module

CHYBiotech’s self-developed heat dissipation system dissipates the heat efficiently, increasing the safety and reliability of our products and ensuring the long-time operation.

The built-in device collects 92% of water along with hydrogen gas, which are generated from the machine. It allows people inhale just hydrogen gas, but not with water. The collected water will flow back to the water tank and extend the total using time.

We use both screws and thermocompression bonding to thoroughly adhere the reaction layer and current collector of HiTro 5, resulting in significantly decreasing electrical impedance and increasing lifespan of the electrolyzer.

The new HiTro 5 applies high purity Iridium catalyst. The coating technology increases current density by 30% and achieves the better hydrogen production efficiency.

Ultra-high current density ensures the best hydrogen production efficiency

We apply Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM)of DuPont™ to our hydrogen-production core, (Proton Exchange Membranes + membrane electrode assembly), which is made up of fluoropolymer. It has great air impermeability to completely separate hydrogen from oxygen which is produced from anode. The design is to reroute O2and H2 and to allow our clients to inhale H2 safely.

We define and regulate the current and voltage of hydrogen-production core by applying our own electronic control system that CHYBiotech has developed for many years, in order to make sure the hydrogen output is stable.
